ZAP Creative led the redevelopment of an existing local paint store into a new branch for the Crowie’s Paints franchise. The project involved the demolition of an existing residence on site and the construction of a substantial two-storey extension to create a retail showroom and administration spaces above.

Delivered on a live operating site, the works were carefully staged to allow the proprietors to maintain operations and transition seamlessly into the new facilities. The new street-front extension serves as both a billboard and a public showcase for the business, directly linking new and existing structures. The design consolidates all operational activities on site and maximises the site’s potential through a cohesive, highly functional layout that reflects the brand’s growth and regional presence.
